Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, translating those needs into actionable business and technology solutions, and driving discussions around transformation and the customer journey. You will also focus on functional and application designs, ensuring that the technology and business solutions align with the clients' business requirements, ultimately contributing to their success and satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve integration processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Experience with cloud migration strategies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of system integration methodologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with API management and microservices architecture.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient cloud solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
