Interior Designer

Prepares creative designs and coordinates with senior designer for client requirements.

•                     Receive project brief, measurements, and requirements from the Site Engineers, Project Manager and Managing Director.

•                     Review site measurements, client preferences, budget, and functional needs before starting the design.

•                     Develop the initial design concept based on the provided brief.

•                     Ensure the 3D design reflects accurate proportions and practical execution possibilities.

•                     Make necessary corrections on layout, colors, materials, and detailing.

•                     Revise 3D designs based on feedback from the Project Manager, MD, or client.

•                     Finalize the design only after approval from management or client.

•                     Share approved final 2D drawings and material specifications with the Quotation/Estimation department.

•                     Clarify any design-related doubts to avoid mistakes in BOQ preparation.

•                     Update drawings if required for costing or procurement.

•                     Provide professional guidance while handling client modifications.

•                     Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to explain drawings and execution details.

•                     Visit the site when required for marking, design clarifications, and progress checks.

•                     Resolve design conflicts arising during execution.

•                     Communicate selected materials to the project and purchase teams.

•                     Ensure updated files are shared with relevant teams on time.

•                     Maintain Design queue.
