Interior Site Supervisor

•                     Daily site allocated supervision and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.

•                     Ensure correct marking, measurement, and layout as per plans.

•                     Report discrepancies in drawings or site conditions to the project manager.

•                     Monitor material requirements based on daily/weekly work progress.

•                     Check material quality and quantity during delivery and maintain stock records.

•                     Prevent material wastage and ensure proper storage at site.

•                     Update project manager on daily progress, challenges, or delays.

•                     Highlight issues to project manager which is affecting timelines (delay in materials, manpower shortage, and site access issues).

•                     Ensure all final finishes, fittings, and installations are properly completed.

•                     The Site Engineers going for new site measurements and client requirements takings, they are supposed to submit the same along with site original snaps and videos to the designing team and also intimate to project manager too.

•                     If there any additional works other than approved units it should be done only on the approval of project manager and inform the same to estimation, purchase team.

•                     The same if there any rejection of approved units it too informed to the above mentioned teams.
