Interior Site Supervisor

Reports To: Lead Designer

Minimum expected period – 1 year

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities during project execution. This includes taking accurate site measurements, supervising carpenters and other technicians, ensuring work quality, managing materials, maintaining timelines, and coordinating between the design, factory, and client.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Measurement & Verification

• Take accurate site measurements for kitchens, wardrobes, and other modular/interior works.

• Cross-check measurements with design before final blue-marking process.

• Update any site-level variations and communicate them clearly to the design lead.

• Maintain proper documentation and measurement records for each project.

2. Site Coordination & Execution

• Supervise all daily on-site activities and ensure installation as per approved drawings.

• Coordinate between designers, factory dispatch, and clients for smooth workflow.

• Ensure proper handling, fitting, and installation of modular components.

• Manage subcontractors and site workforce to meet project deadlines.

3. Quality & Safety Monitoring

• Inspect ongoing work and ensure adherence to company quality standards.

• Monitor finishing, alignment, and detailing during installation.

• Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized site.

4. Material & Workforce Management

• Track material delivery and maintain site stock records.

• Communicate pending or damaged material requirements to the factory team.

• Allocate manpower efficiently to meet project timelines.

5. Reporting & Communication

• Submit daily progress reports with site photos and updates.

• Record installation progress, pending works, and site issues.

• Communicate proactively with the design, production, and project teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil, Interior, or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in interior site supervision (especially modular furniture).

• Strong ability to take and verify accurate site measurements.

• Good understanding of interior drawings and technical details.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp reporting, Google Sheets, Excel).

• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
