Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor work progress, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to resolve issues.
• Conduct site inspections and report updates to management.
• Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of stock, tools, and materials needed for the construction.
• Track inventory levels, place orders, and manage deliveries.
• Implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste and losses.
• Perform regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Tamil (mandatory) – must communicate effectively with local teams.
• Street-smart, practical, and problem-solving attitude (degree not mandatory).
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Inventory software preferred).
• Willingness to travel to different sites as needed.
• B.Civil is an added advantage 
• Willingness to relocate
