Interior Site Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our on-site execution team. You will be the vital link between our sales team, clients, architects, and on-ground workers—ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit project sites to take accurate measurements and digitally annotate floor plans, elevations, and other site details

• Capture comprehensive photos and short videos to document site conditions, progress, and requirements

• Manage worker welfare—coordinating daily food arrangements and processing travel expense claims while liaising with management

• Verify delivery of all required materials (hardware, sliders, hooks, etc.), assist with billing documentation, and arrange returns for unused items

• Conduct basic quality checks at site and serve as the main point of contact for clients and architects during execution

• Facilitate clear, timely communication between the sales team (who secure the project) and the execution team (who deliver it)

• Maintain organised digital records of site data, photos, measurements, and material lists for each project

• Report daily progress and flag potential issues early to prevent delays

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in interior execution, construction coordination, or site supervision (freshers with strong organisational skills may be considered)

• Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for photography, measurements, and basic apps (training provided for specialised tools)

• Ability to read simple drawings and take precise measurements

• Good spoken English and local language skills to communicate with workers, clients, and teams

• Honest, proactive, and attentive to detail—someone who notices when a measurement is off or a material is missing

• Willingness to travel daily to sites across the city

• Own two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory
