Job Description
We’re hiring an Inventory Assistant to support day-to-day stock management across kitchen and FOH.
This is an entry-level role — we will train.
6 months to 2 years experience in stores / inventory / hospitality is a plus, not mandatory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily stock receiving, storage, and issue
- Maintain inventory records (Software / manual logs)
- Support kitchen & FOH indents and stock transfers
- Help monitor minimum stock levels and alert seniors
- Follow FIFO, hygiene, and storage standards
- Assist in basic stock counts and reporting
