We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Executive Trainee to join our Information Technology team. This role is designed for recent graduates or individuals at the start of their IT careers who are eager to gain hands-on experience across various IT functions including support, infrastructure, networking, and software systems.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in daily IT operations, including hardware and software support.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Support the installation and configuration of operating systems and applications.
• Learn and assist in managing IT infrastructure (servers, network equipment, cloud services).
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects, system upgrades, and security implementations.
• Provide first-level support for internal users and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Stay updated on emerging IT technologies and industry trends.
