🧩 Role Overview

As an IT Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for improving and optimizing global IT service and operational processes. You’ll collaborate with international teams, focusing on ITSM, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Track and analyze KPIs (Tribe KPIs)

Manage and analyze long-running incidents

Monitor overdue work items and send reminders

Assess and improve O3/O6/O1 processes

Perform process gap analysis and follow-ups

Review and design Business Continuity manuals

Execute ad-hoc ITSM tasks

Participate in ITSM virtual team meetings

Support U2 processes and attend QC meetings

Organize PMC meetings and coordinate with PSM

Optimize PMC documentation in ServiceNow

Train and mentor PMC coordinators

Conduct quality checks for PMC processes

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Analyze PMC quality issues and customer complaints

Define and implement corrective actions

🎓 Required Qualifications

2–3 years experience in ITSM / Process Management / Project Coordination

Strong knowledge of ITIL & Project Management methodologies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication & presentation abilities

Fluent English (spoken & written)

Experience with ServiceNow (added advantage)

Proactive, independent working style

Strong organizational and time-management skills
