IT Support Executive

Job Summary:

The IT Support professional provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. This role ensures the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and helps end-users resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to IT support requests via email, phone, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
• Provide guidance and training to users on software applications and IT best practices.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, issues, and resolutions.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring security, backups, and updates are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other IT team members for larger technical projects and system upgrades.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when required.
