IT Technical Project Manager - PMO

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a IT Technical Project Manager - PMO located in Coimbatore location.

Gain deep understanding of Flex IT Project Management methodology, processes, tools and dashboards, in order to foster its further development and sustainable, global optimization.

Reporting to the Senior Director, and the role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide training and guidance to IT Project Managers across flex to help them with project management principles and practical applications.
• Drive knowledge sharing and collaboration within the PMO across the various IT organizations
• Establish develop strong and effective working relationships at all levels of the organization,
• Develop, implement, and govern project management processes, tools, templates, policies and metrics
• Identify, document and promote best practices for project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to optimize project performance and outcomes.
• Monitor compliance with project policies and standards Tracking, Monitoring & Prioritization
• Develop and manage IT PM training program
• Project Manage cross functional project for IT, as required.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent systems experience. Master's degree preferred.
• Min 9+ years of work experience, primarily as project manager for IT global projects.
• Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Domain knowledge around Portfolio and resource management.
• PMP Certification and Agile Scrum Master certification strongly desired.
• Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with stakeholders, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans.
• Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with team members across different cultures and time-zones
• Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals.
