ITS Project Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Administer the IT strategy calendar and targets as per Business Digital Organization of Bosch Limited to leverage standardized IT tools and IT-enabled best practices and processes in alignment with business strategy of the Plant
• Contribute to the adoption of state-of-the-art technology at plant to enhance business efficiency, reduce usage of obsolete technology and processes as per business needs
• Administer IT applications and infrastructure at plant to cater to current and future business requirements and embrace new technology in alignment with organization's IT portfolio
• Control the usage of Bosch Central Directives and guidelines to minimize cyber security risks in collaboration with governance teams
• Develop a culture of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for successful and timely delivery of projects
• Participate in employee well-being and motivation through development trainings in latest technologies and soft skills

Knowledge

• Competent in Application Lifecycle management

• Advanced understanding of IT architecture, IT Security Management and governing guidelines

• Advanced knowledge of IT Service management

• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Functional Skills

• Competent in understanding business use cases and proposing application of technology

• Competent in analytical thinking and problem-solving

• Competent in communicating and collaborating across diverse functions

• Advanced in Custom IT solutions

Educational qualification:

Education

• B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, Production, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

• MBA in IT or Operations Management, Master's Degree in any Engineering discipline would be advantageous

• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) would be advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of overall experience in Business processes and IT Applications and Services, Industry 4.0 and digitalization in plants

• 2+ years of experience in IT or functional Project implementation in plants, 3+ years in leading teams

• Experience in IT Infrastructure and application architecture including Web, Mobile or Cloud services in plants

Tamil Speaking Skills is absolutely important for this role as it involves working with the Local Stakeholders in the Factory
