Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Jewellery Designer Trainer to train students and professionals in jewellery design concepts, software tools, and industry practices. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical sessions, mentoring learners, and preparing them for real-world jewellery design roles.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and hands-on training in jewellery design principles
• Train students in manual sketching and CAD-based jewellery design
• Teach jewellery design software such as Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush, JewelCAD, or AutoCAD (as applicable)
• Explain gemstones, metals, manufacturing processes, and casting techniques
• Guide learners on market trends, customer requirements, and design aesthetics
• Develop course curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials
• Conduct assignments, assessments, and portfolio reviews
• Mentor students on career paths, freelancing, and industry standards
• Ensure training aligns with current jewellery industry practices
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / Degree in Jewellery Design or related field
• 3+ years of experience in jewellery designing or jewellery training
• Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery designs
• Proficiency in jewellery CAD software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Preferred SkillsExperience in luxury, bridal, or export jewellery design
• Knowledge of manufacturing workflows and quality standards
• Experience in online or hybrid training delivery
• Industry certification in jewellery design tools
