Junior Accountant Cum Store Incharge

Job requirements: Store keeper cum Accountant

Qualification: Graduate with basic accounting knowledge and MS Excel/ Google sheets

skills Experience: Minimum experience of 1 years as storekeeper

Skills to be learnt in initial period of employment: Inventory management, Tally, MS Excel and Google sheets

 Daily Routine:

Account Role :Generate GRN for all the purchase Bills, Create sale Invoice according to OC

● Check MOQ of all items

● Supply required raw materials to supervisors after careful considerations of the OCs

● Perform local purchases as and when required

● Enter the relevant information in the ERP online

● Inform and raise indents to the purchase department for items needed and mention the criticality.

● Maintain sore related logs, registers and masters and files Record maintenance/ Sheets to update:

● Maintain the Velplast ERP online

● Update daily production report and daily dispatch report in WhatsApp

● Update daily production plan in Google sheets and share in WhatsApp

● Maintain Google sheets for raising PO and communicate after raising PO to Purchase team

● Maintain all stores related documents, ledgers, books and spreadsheets

● If CAPA related issue is present, update about that in CAPA tracker
