He should be able to read all the technical drawings which includes architectural, structural, mep drawings etc. He should be able to supervise all the activities related to the construction of the project. Should be able to execute the work correctly and on time. Estimate Quantity's, maintaining work records- checklist, material requirements, pour cards, concrete inspection, quality check for all materials received at site.
