Junior Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

Skyraan Technologies is seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including web and mobile application development. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely communication and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate project activities across development, design, and QA teams.

Monitor project schedules, tasks, and milestones and provide regular status updates.

Support Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Identify project issues or risks and escalate them appropriately.

Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and meeting records.

Ensure adherence to project quality standards and timelines.

Support multiple projects simultaneously as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

0–1 year of experience in project coordination or a related IT role (fresh graduates with relevant internships may apply).

Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodology.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Slack, or similar platforms.

Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work setting.
