• Assist chefs in food preparation (cutting, cleaning, basic prep work)
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times
• Wash utensils and maintain workstations neatly
• Follow proper storage methods for raw materials and cooked food
• Support in waste segregation and disposal as per SOP
• Help during peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen flow
• Follow instructions from Head Chef / Kitchen Supervisor

Requirements:

• Kitchen experience preferred (freshers with good attitude can apply)
• Must strictly follow SOPs and hygiene protocols
• Local Language (TAMIL) will be given preference
• Physically fit and willing to work long hours
• Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and energetic Snacks & Chat Master to handle the snacks and chat counter efficiently. The candidate must prepare items with consistency, maintain hygiene, and follow SOPs strictly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve snacks, chat items, and beverages as per standards
• Maintain taste consistency and quality in every item
• Keep counter, utensils, and ingredients clean and well-organized
• Handle customer orders quickly and politely
• Monitor stock of snacks materials and inform supervisor when required
• Follow SOPs for preparation, hygiene, and service
• Avoid food wastage and maintain proper portion control

Requirements:

• Prior experience in snacks/chat preparation preferred
• Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Local Language (TAMIL) will be given preference
• Ability to handle rush hours calmly and efficiently
• Disciplined, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude
