Kitchen Staff

Kitchen Staff support the daily operations of the kitchen by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are followed. They work closely with chefs and other team members to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.

• Key Responsibilities : Assist in basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
• Support cooks and chefs during food service
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools as required
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Properly store food items and ingredients
• Dispose of waste and recycling according to procedures
• Help with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
