Labour Helper/Mazdoor

Role Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Labour Helper to join our team at Sudharsun Traders. The candidate will support day-to-day operations by assisting in order processing, material handling, and sheet cutting tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities as directed by the supervisor.
• Support the team in processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time.
• Handle, lift, and transport sheets and materials safely within the workplace.
• Cut sheets and materials to required dimensions as per job specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
• Report any damage, defects, or shortages in materials to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures during material handling and cutting operations.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry heavy sheets and materials (up to 25–30 kg).
• Basic understanding of measurement and cutting techniques.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, trading, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining quality standards.
