Laptop And Desktop Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled Laptop & Desktop Service Technician with strong technical expertise and field service experience. The candidate should be capable of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair laptops and desktop systems (hardware & software issues)
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications
• Troubleshoot motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, and peripheral issues
• Perform chip-level servicing (preferred)
• Handle onsite service visits at customer locations
• Maintain service records and provide timely updates
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
• Ability to handle both onsite and in-shop repairs
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Willingness to travel locally for service calls
• Good communication and customer handling skills
