Laptop Technician

We are looking for a Laptop Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and related devices. The candidate should have good technical knowledge and a customer-friendly approach.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues (screen, battery, motherboard, keyboard, etc.)
• Install and troubleshoot Windows/software issues
• Remove viruses and improve system performance
• Test laptops after repair to ensure proper functioning
• Maintain service records and parts usage
• Support customers with basic technical guidance

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI/Degree in Computer or Electronics (preferred)
• Experience in laptop repair (freshers with training can apply)
• Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Good communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer
• Service center experience

Salary: As per experience + incentives
