Job Description
About Us - We are adiversified trading company dealing in high-quality commodities including Cashew Husk, Coir Fibre, Coco Peat, Coir Pith, Coal, Steam Coal, Coffee Beans, and Coffee Equipment.
We cater to both domestic and international markets, offering reliable products and efficient service. We are now looking for a dynamic Lead Qualification Executive to manage and grow our customer base across multiple product categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify leads generated through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals.
- Contact potential buyers and suppliers for various products via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from Our portfolio.
- Share quotations, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain and update lead and sales records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, dispatch, and documentation.
- Handle email communications, prepare proposals, and respond to customer queries promptly.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lead qualification, inside sales, or B2B sales.
- Hands-on experience with IndiaMART / TradeIndia / Export portals is a must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple product categories and inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
