The Lead Project Management Specialist should have the capability to plan, direct, and ensure the successful outcome of the projects utilizing resources available within the company. The PM will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project activities are regularly reported to the customer and performed as per customer specifications and Contract terms.

As a Lead Project Management Specialist, you will also be responsible for:

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for total project execution, performance, and safety
• To earn a good customer experience
• Coordinate activities of all matrix reports from various functions
• Communicate to all concerned parties project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including conducting  meetings with customers and end users
• Problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have an engineering degree with 8-10 years relevant experience in project management
• Have an exposure in OE (original equipment Manufacturing)
• Have an exposure in Pump/Valve/Turbine domain
• Have an excellent estimating, scheduling skills
• Have a proven experience in risk and change management
• Have a new equipment Project management experience
• Have an adaptability, flexibility, and proactivity personality
