Logistic Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Operations & Sourcing Executive to manage sourcing activities, coordinate with clients, and handle logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good time management, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and coordinate with suppliers for sourcing requirements

• Handle client calls and maintain professional communication

• Follow up with clients and suppliers regularly

• Coordinate and manage logistics & shipment processes

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery

• Maintain proper documentation and reports

• Provide regular updates to management

• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and vendors

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills (English mandatory)

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Email, Word)
