Job Title: Junior Logistics Associate (FBA Specialist)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our e-commerce team. You will be trained to manage the "back-end" of our Amazon business, specifically focusing on inventory planning and coordinating shipments to Amazon’s warehouses (FBA). This is an operational role that requires high accuracy and a strong interest in the e-commerce supply chain.

What You Will Do (We Will Train You On This)

Shipment Creation: Use Amazon Seller Central to create shipment plans for new and restocking products.

Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels to ensure we never run out of products or send too much inventory (avoiding high storage fees).

Label Management: Generate and organize product labels (FNSKU) and shipping box labels to meet Amazon’s strict 2026 safety standards.

Carrier Coordination: Communicate with delivery partners to schedule pickups and track packages until they reach the Amazon Fulfillment Center.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of what was sent vs. what Amazon received, and report any differences.

Basic Skills Needed

Strong Excel/Google Sheets Skills: You should be comfortable with basic formulas (Sum, Average, VLOOKUP) and organizing large sets of data.

Extreme Attention to Detail: Amazon has zero tolerance for labeling errors; you must be someone who double-checks every number.

English Proficiency: Ability to read and follow technical Amazon guidelines and communicate clearly via email.

Tech-Savvy: Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new software interfaces (Seller Central, inventory tools).

Qualifications (One of the following)

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, B.Com, BBA, Economics, English, or Maths. 

Alternative: 6-month Diploma in Logistics or E-commerce Management.

Requirement: Must be a graduate (no active backlogs).

Salary Expectation 

12000 to 14000 per month plus incentives.
