Machine Operator

Job Title: CNC / VMC / HMC / VTL Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Machine Operators to operate CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machines for precision component manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, quality checks, and maintaining productivity as per production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machines as per job requirements
• Load and run machining programs; adjust tool offsets when required
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
• Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and adherence to tolerances
• Monitor cutting parameters and tool condition to maintain productivity
• Maintain production records and follow 5S & safety standards
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for issue resolution
