Job Description
- Required Skills :
- Technical Skills - Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance - Familiarity with condition-based monitoring tools.
- Troubleshooting & Repair - Ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and repair machine malfunctions.
- Computer Literacy - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and reporting tools.
- Safety Awareness - Experience using lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other safety protocols.
- Communication Skills - Ability to communicate issues clearly to supervisors and team members.
- Time Management & Flexibility - Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or be on-call.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance - Lubricate, clean, and inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Machine Repairs - Diagnose mechanical problems and replace or repair defective parts
- Emergency Repairs - Respond to urgent breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Installation of Equipment - Assist in assembling and installing new machinery .
- Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and repair documentation.
- Collaboration & Communication - Work with engineers, production staff, and other technicians.
- Compliance & Safety - Follow company safety procedures, wear PPE(Personal protective equipment), and ensure work environment safety.
