Manager SCM

  • To establish & handle EPC (Sub-system / system) kind of contracts with Suppliers/Partners.
  • Knowledge on procurement of Exotic Raw-material, Fabrication, machining, Bought out / Std parts, system/sub-systems as per project requirements.
  • Evolving right terms and conditions for Procurement of EPC (Sub-system / system) Projects
  • Strong commercial knowledge, risk assessment, analysis and mitigation for such kind of contracts.
  • Ensure compliances to requirement of Corporate, Regulatory, QMS guidelines
  • Converting requirements into enquiry and floating to vendors, workout techno commercial comparison and negotiation with supplier.
  • Prepare the Purchase order with schedule and manage the delivery as per project Requirements.
  • Monitor & Improve the supplier performance with respect to Cost, Delivery and Quality. 
  • Hands on experience in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) & ERP systems like BAAN / SAP.
  • Domain Knowledge in ISO 9001 & AS9100 systems preferred.
  • Ready to work in challenging environment, resolve Vendor related techno-commercial issues in co-ordination with team members of other functions. 
  • Good communication skill, self-driven, good trouble-shooter.
  • Costing and price analysis, Vendor performance Analysis.
