Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field)- Finance & Insurance

Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential customers, promoting the company’s products/services, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory. The role requires strong communication skills, regular field visits, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and visit potential customers within the assigned area.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong sales techniques.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Create and submit daily/weekly visit reports.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor activities.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.

Work closely with the sales team to plan and execute field campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

1–3 years of field sales experience (industry-specific experience is a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
