Field Executive

Roles And Responsibilities:

Coordinating between clients and government officials for approvals (field work). Candidates must know to speak and read tamil and basics of english language.

• Coordinate with Revenue Department, Corporation / Municipality Office, DTCP Office, and EB Department for submission and approval of property-related files.
• Handle Regularization and Building Plan Approval files and ensure timely processing.
• Follow up and track movement of files between departments until approval is obtained.
• Liaise with Advocate Offices for legal document verification, registration, and case follow-ups.
• Support the internal Documentation and Technical team for file status updates.
• Maintain proper records of all submissions, acknowledgments, and approvals.
• Ensure all documents meet the required statutory and legal standards before submission.
