JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth for our real estate development projects in Coimbatore and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing brand positioning, and ensuring successful project launches and sales conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create annual marketing plans and budgets for residential and commercial projects
• Identify market opportunities and analyze competitor activities in Coimbatore region
• Drive market research initiatives to understand customer preferences and buying patterns

Brand Management:

• Oversee brand development and maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Develop unique value propositions for each project
• Manage corporate communications and public relations activities
• Ensure brand visibility through strategic partnerships and collaborations

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media marketing
• Oversee website management and online presence optimization
• Implement CRM systems for effective lead management
• Drive online lead generation campaigns and monitor conversion rates

Sales Support & Enablement:

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales collateral
• Organize property exhibitions, road shows, and promotional events
• Conduct product training sessions for sales teams
• Create pricing strategies in consultation with management

Project Marketing:

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new project launches
• Manage pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing activities
• Coordinate with architects and designers for project presentation materials
• Oversee creation of project brochures, videos, and virtual tours

Advertising & Media Management:

• Plan and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies and media partners
• Negotiate media buying and optimize advertising spend
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
• Set performance goals and conduct regular team reviews
• Mentor team members and facilitate professional development
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• MBA in Marketing/Business Administration from a recognized institution
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in real estate
• Proven track record in successfully marketing residential/commercial projects
• Experience in managing marketing budgets of INR 5 Crore+
• Strong understanding of Coimbatore real estate market dynamics

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil
