About the Role 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Executive to manage, maintain, and ensure the 

accuracy of product master data in our system. This role is critical in supporting business operations 

by ensuring high-quality, consistent, and duplicate-free data. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Create and maintain product/item master data in the system
• Modify existing records based on user and business requirements
• Perform bulk data uploads and manage master data lists
• Gather and validate all required product information before creating new masters
• Implement corrections and updates based on audit feedback
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and standardization
• Identify and eliminate duplicate records in the system
• Follow data governance policies and maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for data validation

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 1–4 years of experience in Master Data Management / Data Operations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation)
• Experience handling bulk data and data cleansing
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
• Experience in product master or supply chain data
• Familiarity with audit and compliance processes
