Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with existing customers, providing them with a seamless experience through your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Information Gathering: Collect essential customer data to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Problem-Solving: Address customer queries and issues related to our services, ensuring their satisfaction remains our top priority.
Record Maintenance: Accurately record all customer interactions, phone calls, and deals, maintaining a detailed database for future reference.
Suggest Solutions: Offer customized insurance solutions based on customer needs, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
System Administration and Internal Operations WhatsApp Status Management: Regularly update and manage WhatsApp status settings for team communication and notifications.
Lead Distribution: Organize and distribute leads to tele callers in a timely and efficient manner.
Follow-Up on Pending Applications: Track pending applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalating issues as necessary.
Google Forms Distribution: Send Google Forms to new agents and ensure all required documentation is completed.
New Agent Verification: Verify new agent applications by confirming attached documents and performing branch verification.
Onboarding Monitoring: Ensure new agents complete interviews, exams, and first policy logins successfully.
Data Upload: Upload daily data for tele caller appointments, Facebook leads, and field leads, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
Document Management: Create and manage folders for licenses and insurance materials related to LIC and Star Health, ensuring proper organization.
Inactive Agent Outreach: Contact inactive agents to gather updates and maintain accurate records on the agent master sheet.
Agent Success Tracking: Track agent success metrics using Excel, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Innovate System Workflows: Contribute to improving office systems and processes to boost overall productivity and efficiency.
Documentation Management: Maintain appointment letters, ensuring they are properly filed and organized.
Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the team for tracking and review.
