Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to support day-to-day activities at our office. The role involves assisting with administrative work, handling materials, and supporting office operations from office opening to closing hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all routine office and administrative work.
• Pack, check and supervise incoming and outgoing materials.
• Coordinate and assist with dispatch and delivery activities.
• Collect bills, documents, items and materials from vendors, transporters or other locations when required.
• Support in maintaining basic records of materials and office activities.
• Handle miscellaneous office tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Additional: Overtime Pay, Annual Bonus
