We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies, inventory,

• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence

• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

• Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks

• Support HR and operational activities as needed

• Ensure the office is clean, orderly, and well-maintained

• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
