Operations Analyst – Global Workload Operations

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Provide L1 support for IT operations in a 24x7 environment
• Incident and event management
• Solid understanding of ITIL service management processes
• Experience in shift-based operations, including on-call and maintenance support
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Linux and Windows Server
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting is highly desirable and a strong advantage

• Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years
• Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Shift Timings (Rotational):

• Morning Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM IST
• Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
• Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 7:00 AM IST

Note: Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
