Operations Executive – E-commerce

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented fresher to join the nybdistributor.com team. You will be the "owner" of our digital storefront, ensuring every product is listed perfectly and every customer gets the right pricing information. No experience? No problem—we will train you if you have the right attitude.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Catalog Management: Uploading new products with 100% accuracy in descriptions and images.

​Pricing Integrity: Updating and maintaining price lists diligently (zero-error tolerance).

​Team Collaboration: Working closely with the inventory and sales teams to stay updated.

​Customer Support: Answering customer queries regarding product specs and pricing via chat/call.

​What we are looking for:

​Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets (Basic formulas).

​Fast learner with a "customer-first" mindset.

​Strong communication skills in [Insert Local Language] and English.

​Education: Any Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BCA preferred).
