Job Description – Vertical Lead (Innovspace) 

 


Department: Innovspace – Coworking, Managed Offices & Services 


Reports To: ED-OPS 


Location: Coimbatore 


ROLE OVERVIEW 


The Vertical Lead – Innovspace will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business performance across coworking, managed offices, and space-led services. The role focuses on profitable revenue, pricing discipline, and customer lifecycle management, with accountability for contribution margins and sustainable growth. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


1. Revenue Ownership 


• Own centre-level revenue and growth outcomes 


• Drive ARPU and revenue per square foot 


• Structure deals based on rent economics and contribution margins 


• Balance occupancy and pricing to protect profitability 


 


2. Pricing & Deal Strategy 


• Develop pricing strategies aligned with rent costs and market positioning 


• Prioritize managed offices, long-term contracts, and enterprise clients 


• Lead negotiations while avoiding margin erosion 


 


3. Existing Business Growth 


• Drive revenue growth through seat expansion, managed services, and renewals 


• Identify revenue leakage and recommend corrective actions 


 


4. Occupancy Management 


• Use occupancy as a business health indicator 


• Balance occupancy with pricing power and contribution margin 


 


5. Customer Retention & Escalations 


• Retain high-value clients and manage escalations effectively 


• Optimize client mix aligned with profitability objectives 


 


6. Market & Competitor Intelligence 


• Track competitor pricing and market trends 


• Identify opportunities for premium positioning 


 


7. Expansion Support 


• Provide data-backed inputs for new location evaluation 


• Support leadership in profit-led expansion decisions 


 


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & PROFILE 


• 6–12 years of experience in coworking, managed offices, commercial real estate, hospitality revenue roles, or enterprise B2B sales 


• Strong exposure to pricing, deal structuring, and revenue optimization 


• Understanding of rent economics and margin vs occupancy trade-offs 


 


EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field 
  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA / PGDM) in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, or Operations is preferred
