Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Outbound Sales Executives for a high-energy outbound sales process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, strong objection-handling skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful closures.

You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, pitching products/services, handling objections confidently, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Pitch products/services clearly and confidently
• Handle customer objections and provide strong rebuttals
• Close sales and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain call quality, accuracy, and performance metrics
• Update customer details and sales reports regularly

Eligibility/Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months–1 year in Outbound Sales
• Preferred domains: NBFC / BFSI / Insurance / Telecalling Sales
• Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
• Excellent objection handling and closing ability
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
