Summary:
In the role of a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of system health are integral parts of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Experience in configuring and supporting enterprise resource planning applications related to plant maintenance.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques using standard tools and application programming interfaces.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionalities.
- Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
- Capability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions in a multi-team environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
