Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required standards and effectively address user needs, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aera Control Tower.
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and low-code development platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Aera Control Tower.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
