Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions that enhance the overall user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services. - Familiarity with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
