Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and implementing low-code solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of applications to meet specific business needs.
- Engage in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with low-code development platforms.
- Strong understanding of application integration techniques.
- Familiarity with APIs and web services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
