People Manager / Area Manager

About the Role

We are looking for strong people managers who can handle large teams, communicate calmly, and manage pressure at client sites such as schools, hospitals, colleges, and manufacturing units.

This is NOT a cleaning job.

This is a people-handling & operations role.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and control on-site manpower (20–50 staff)

● Handle attendance, discipline, and shift planning

● Communicate clearly with North Indian workers (Assam / WB / NE)

● Handle client interactions calmly and professionally

● Resolve daily site issues without escalation

● Coordinate with Operations Team for replacements and support

Who Should Apply

✔ Experience as:

● Security Supervisor / Site In-charge

● Ex Army

● Factory / Shift Supervisor

● Hospital Support Services Supervisor

● Logistics / Fleet Supervisor

✔ Comfortable handling migrant workforce

✔ Basic Tamil + Hindi / English communication

✔ Calm, firm, and emotionally stable personality 

Who Should NOT Apply

❌ Only cleaning experience

❌ Cannot handle pressure or conflicts

❌ Shouting / aggressive management style

Experience

2–8 years in field operations / people management
