There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, validate application performance, and contribute to capacity planning efforts. You will also be responsible for identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance overall system performance, ensuring that applications meet the required standards of efficiency and reliability. Your role will be pivotal in driving improvements across the software development lifecycle and architecture, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for capacity planning and application performance management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with application performance management techniques.
- Knowledge of capacity planning and resource allocation strategies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
