Job Description – Phlebotomist

Position: Phlebotomist (Male )  

Location: Coimbatore .

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Phlebotomy  

Other Requirement: 

•           Education: DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. MLT

•           Other Requirement: Must have a bike with a valid Driving License

•           Willingness to travel for home collections or on-site requirements.

 About the Role:

We are looking for skilled and patient-focused Phlebotomists who can perform blood

collection, handle specimens with care, and provide excellent service to patients. The

role requires knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, testing protocols, and

compliance with safety standards.

 Key Responsibilities

•           Visit patients at their specified location within the designated time frame for sample collection, in accordance with prescribed protocols.

•           Ensure proper labeling of all collected samples and maintain accurate documentation to avoid errors or mix-ups.

•           Follow prescribed protocols for safe and accurate sample collection

•           Adhere to strict hygiene and infection control protocols to protect both patients and the phlebotomist.

•           Store and transport collected samples according to established guidelines to maintain their integrity and prevent contamination

•           Ensure timely delivery of samples to the lab or runner, following the prescribed timeline to avoid delays
