Job Description
- Experience in packaging machines/automation wiring and PLC
- Develop and program PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi).
- Design and implement HMI/SCADA interfaces for automated systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs and automation equipment.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers for system integration.
- Perform on-site commissioning and support of automation systems.
- Maintain and update project documentation and software backups.
- Optimize existing control systems for efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support when required.
- Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical, , or related field.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with control panel design and wiring diagrams.
- Understanding of sensors, actuators, VFDs, and field devices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC, iFIX, Wonderware).
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Willingness to travel for commissioning and support.
