Production Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and skilled Production Engineers to join our gas and products manufacturing team. The role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring safety and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in operations. Candidates should have hands-on experience in industrial production environments, preferably in gas, chemical, or energy-related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily production activities in gas and related product lines.

Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality protocols.

Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance.

Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to implement process improvements.

Prepare and maintain production reports, documentation, and compliance records.

Train and guide operators and technicians to maintain high operational standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of industrial production systems, preferably in gas/chemical manufacturing.

Familiarity with safety standards (ISO, OSHA, or equivalent).

Proficiency in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
