Production Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and achieving production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production operations and manage shop floor activities.

Assign tasks and monitor the performance of production workers.

Ensure production targets are met within the set timelines.

Maintain quality control standards and minimize material wastage.

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and inventory departments for smooth workflow.

Prepare daily production reports and update management on progress.

Train and guide team members to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ensure safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed.

Identify and resolve production issues or process bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.

2–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.

Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and production reporting tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
