Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements. You will engage with various stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. Your role will also require you to adapt to changing project requirements and manage resources to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports. - Familiarity with risk management practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
